We’ve included some classic Canadian fare, like a mouth-watering poutine, but we’ve also introduced a variety of new flavours, like the Blackened Mahi Mahi, Steak Frites, and Red Thai Curry. Plus, our glass-encased open concept kitchen means you can watch our talented team chop, sear, and grill your meal to perfection.
Our National Beverage Director, Kim Spence, created signature cocktails exclusively for the Texan palate, like the Oaxaca Sunset. His Southern-inspired drink menu includes a spicy and sweet Jalapeño Margarita, an Avocado Gimlet made with rosemary and olive infused gin, and an uplifting Grapefruit Mojito. And of course, in honour of our roots we’ve included Canada’s National Cocktail, the Caesar, to the roster!
