In collaboration with sushi chef Tom Jeon—who brings over 16 years of hands-on experience—a brand-new sushi menu has officially landed at five Moxies locations:

Miso Tuna Crispy Rice
Each bite is savoury, rich, and slightly sweet in this crave-worthy sushi dish that perfectly balances the textures of the crispy rice, and creamy miso tuna.
Salmon & Prawn Aburi Oshi
A modern twist on pressed sushi, crispy prawn is folded into the sushi rice, with flavorful salmon, and a hint of umami from the caramelized miso mayo.
Spicy Tuna Dynamite Roll
A celebration of contrast – crispy prawn wrapped in seasoned rice. Spicy tuna topped with golden fried breadcrumbs. The umami sauce adds a sweet but savoury flair.
Each dish is crafted with authentic flavours, premium ingredients, and a signature Moxies twist.

Chef Tom Jeon began his culinary journey at the age of 14, working in sushi restaurants and honing his craft in fast-paced, high-standard kitchens. Today, he brings over 16 years of hands-on sushi experience to the table. In collaboration with Moxies, Tom has crafted a sushi menu rooted in authentic flavours with a modern twist.
